Today, we had the good fortune to have our a/c system serviced by an extraordinary technician named Kyle Caprio. Kyle arrived promptly and went right to work. With patience and grace, Kyle showed me how to run the system by simplifying the instructions. In problem areas, he used his skill and knowledge to make the corrections. By being observant, he recognized potential problems and quickly addressed and rectified them. This thoughtful, young man has acquired the values, work ethic and perspective of someone many years his senior. We heartily commend him and recommend him as "Technician Extraodinaire"! We had the most wonderful meeting with your technician, Josh approximately a week ago. He has learned so much from you. He is exemplary in his work ethic. He goes about his business so much like you with pride and integrity.
Tom he is an outstanding young Christian man!! When he sat at the end of our table and explained how to set our a/c in vacation mode, Jimmy and I would have sworn we were talking with you!!! His insight for his age is truly remarkable. You have been a wonderful example for him in guiding him in how to live. His upbringing was filled with honesty and God. You have just encouraged him to delve further into his Faith.
It was so inspiring to visit with a young man with such a deep belief in the Almighty. Honestly Tom, when he left, I told Jimmy how much he touched my heart and my soul. Like you, he is a man of God. So, so refreshing in this troubled world we live in today.
Just wanted to thank you for sharing him with us. He did an excellent job in servicing our a/c unit. It runs much cooler now at the same temperature it was set at before.
Thanks again for the reminder it was time to make an appointment and thanks for the wonderful job you did installing our Carrier system. We are so happy with all aspects of it. The extra vents you installed made such a difference in our comfort level.

As the winners of Carrier Infinity system from the Gator Country Vault contest we can’t say thank you enough.
We have been struggling for the past six years and this is a true blessing. My husband became unable to work after suffering a severe injury in December 2005. it was quite a financial shock when his wages abruptly stopped, and my wages became our sole income. We struggled along, supplementing my wages with our savings. Then the recession hit, I lost my job and the savings depleted rapidly. I have found work, although it is only part time I still feel lucky as there are so many people unemployed.

Linda and I wish to thank you and Florida Cool, Inc. for your excellent service and installation of our new Bryant Evolution A/C System. Having been a customer for several years under Florida Cool, Inc.'s "Preventive Maintenance" plan we have come to expect no less.
Denise responded to our call of a non-functioning a/c after a power outage by sending a repair man for diagnosis within 35 minutes. He made several attempts at getting the system working by endeavoring to reconnect the electrical points damaged by the electrical surge following the outing. But to no avail even though he stayed until 6:00PM. The following morning Dave and assistant substantiated that the system was damaged beyond repair.
Shortly thereafter you arrived, inspected the damaged system's installation and succinctly presented options for new equipment and offered your recommendations. The following day the installation that took 10 hours was accomplished with efficient professionalism by Kevin and Michael. Denise coordinated and kept us informed as to all employee activity at our home.
You and Denise documented all available rebates and completed applications.
We will continue to strongly recommend Florida Cool, Inc. to our Naples neighbors and friends.

I sit in my home office this morning and am able to sit and work with cool air blowing into my room! AHHHHHHHHHHHH it’s wonderful.
The days without air conditioning were miserable and I want to take this time to tell you how great your team of men were working on my house.
Everyone worked well, and worked so hard even when it was so hot in the attic – they pushed to get the job done and get me air as soon as possible. Their attitude was good and they worked as a team without bickering and they were polite and clean cut looking.
